- We had a great day with high spirits and scenery training in the most awesome facilities, says Pernille Kølbæk, Senior Teaching Fellow.
She explains that scenery training is necessary when teaching innovation as it enables the possibility of surveying, testing and uncovering otherwise blind angles, and discover new perspectives early in the process.
Furthermore, she encourages others who are on a mission to innovate to go to the Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark and use the Plug and Play facilities there.
KEA – Copenhagen School of Design and Technology
In January 2021, Kirsten Grønborg, along with a group of her students from KEA – Copenhagen School of Design and Technology, visited the Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark. They were impressed by the opportunities available.
- Super-inspiring visit to the Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark with Digital Concept Development from KEA. I was particularly thrilled about the 1:1 simulation environment where patient journeys and experiences can be enacted on many different levels - literally! It will be interesting to see your efforts come alive in the new Danish hospitals and new patient-centred care models.
