The final conference of the DELIVER on November 24, 2023, brought together all four partners from Denmark, Italy, Catalonia (ES), and Slovenia
CARES, an Interreg Europe project, dedicated to advancing regional policies for specialized and widespread distribution of e-health services for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
The Region of Southern Denmark are currently working on the HJERTERO (”Calm Heart”) project where artificial intelligence and the development of data-driven predication model are going help detect early signs of anxiety and depression in heart patients.

The world is opening up again and on April 7th, partners in the South Denmark eHealth ecosystem held the event “Hospital Automation Summit” and welcomed both public and private stakeholders across Denmark.
Pregnant women with complications such as pre-eclampsia or preterm prelabour rupture of membranes need strong monitoring to survey the state of health for both mother and child. With the use of new telehealth equipment, pregnant women can avoid multiple weekly check-ups at the hospital. A collaboration across all five Danish regions ensures equal healthcare services for all.
The project "Product Validation In Health” (ProVaHealth) comes to an end. In the report "PRODUCT VALIDATION IN HEALTH — Evaluating transnational testing" the Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark evaluates the part of ProVaHealth that focuses on creating opportunities for SME’s to use Living Labs a testbeds for testing, evaluating and improving health technology in realistic settings while involving real users.
Our work on the DELIVER project (Digital EducationaL programme InvolVing hEalth pRofessionals) is progressing nicely and on time. The Intellectual Output 1, Needs analysis and Intellectual Output 2, Organizational analysis are ongoing and the partnership is currently preparing for a busy time in the fall of 2021.
The Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark have been on a tour to visit European partners to share knowledge on digital health solutions and inspire local regions to implement more digital solutions into their health care.
Once again, the Region of Southern Denmark has been appointed as a four-star reference site for its innovative efforts in active and healthy ageing.
The ERASMUS+ DELIVER project is dedicated to developing an educational concept with a focus on furthering digitization in health care starting with “the big WHY?”
