VILPA and ENACTING
Two projects aimed at promoting physical activity among the Danish population.
Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark works closely with the University of Southern Denmark, specifically with DRIVEN (Danish Centre for Motivation and Behaviour Science), on the VILPA and ENACTING projects.
Both projects aim to promote physical activity among the Danish population through innovative and user-driven approaches. Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark contributes with process management, workshop facilitation, recruitment of participants, data collection, and analysis.
VILPA
The project focuses on preventing cardiovascular diseases among physically inactive women aged 40–65 by integrating short, intense periods of physical activity into daily routines. A mobile app based on user involvement is developed as part of the project and is tested in a 12-week pilot study involving 150 participants.
ENACTING
The project develops a digital training guide incorporating 30 behaviour change techniques to support adults aged 35–55 in increasing their physical activity levels. The guide is designed through workshops and tested in a pilot study to ensure usability and effectiveness.
