Funding Network in the Region of Southern Denmark

With presentations from Systematic A/S, the South Denmark EU Office, and Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark, we initiated reflections on the balance between structure and flexibility in application processes and how to create strong partnerships across research, innovation, and practice. 

The group work provided space for valuable exchanges: 

• How do we work differently across the region?
• How do we ensure ownership and realistic deadlines?
• How can the network actively help find the right partners and enhance the quality of applications?

Thank you to everyone who contributed with knowledge, experience, and meaningful discussions - this exchange is essential for driving improvements.

We look forward to the next meeting in January 2026, where we will continue the dialogue and explore the use of AI in funding efforts.
